this 1994 Eastern Chesapeake 27 is a classic Downeast-style boat popular for her

fresh water on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH up until 2014 when the owner brought her
to the Merrimack River. She is powered by a Yanmar 4LH-DTE with 170 hrs that had
an extensive overhaul in July 2015, with a cruise speed of 18 knots, and WOT 26
knots. Equipped with a Richie compass, depth finder, center engine box, Kanzaki
Transmission, and Morse throttle controls. PATSY ANN has spacious deck layout
with plenty of seating and ample rod storage, making her a great platform for a
